Following up from my last post,I took the ACT work keys test for teachers assistant and I passed!:-)I thought the job fell through until Monday afternoon I got a call from the book keeper asking me if I was still interested in the job,(for kindergarden assistant)I of course said yes and I went in for orientation the next morning and started working today!We just so happen to have a snow storm come in this afternoon so my 1st day was a bit different than a normal day,we dismissed early,but I really think I'm going to like it.Its going to take a little time to get the routine down and learn all the kids names.
On a differnt note,everyone in our house has been sick for the past month!Ava had the stomach virus,the next weekend I had it and then Eli.It was so weird seeing Eli sick,he always seems to be the one that skips everything.I hated seeing him sick:(
Now Ava is getting over the flu!I think Ricky has it too,but of course he won't go to the dr.My throat started hurting really bad yesterday,so I'm hoping its not strep throat!I am so ready for warmer weather and all this sickness to be gone!
We are planning a trip to the beach this summer with our neighbors,so every now and then I browse beach pictures and daydream of warm sunny days:)
