3 day weekend!!!!!!!!

Woop Woop!Can you tell I'm excited!?My goal for today is to buy all the ingedients for Beef Bourguignon and make it for our dinner tonight.I have been wanting to make this dish for a while and have not had the time,because it is time consuming.I'm really excited about making it.Today is Good Friday so what better to cook?I might even let the kids help me and get a little cooking lesson in for them:)I'll post later about the finished product
