We cooked the Cobia!

I've gotten a little behind on blogging,and I meant to post this a few days ago.For our meal this week,or should I say last week:)We cooked the Cobia that Eli caught in Destin on his fishing trip,it was the really big fish that looked a lot like a shark.We couldn't really find any recipes online for this fish.The guide that went fishing with them told us to cook it like a steak,which I thought was a little odd,but worth a try.It was not the best dish we've tried but it wasn't aweful,we ate it.This is exactly how he told us to cook it.
The fish was marinated in Italian dressing and dale's,wrapped in bacon and covered in pepperjack cheese and cooked on the grill,it turned out a little dry and I think its because the bacon took much longer to cook than the fish.I steamed some fresh zuchinni from my mother in laws garden,and warmed some whole wheat rolls.I'm now on the hunt for next week's meal!
