Its so hard for me to even believe that its really been that long since Elijah Lee Braggs came into this world.But its here,his 10th birthday!It almost seems like he's been here forever.Although I do slightly remember the days before kids,not very well though;)The past 10 years have been full of so many great memories and great times with him.I wouldn't change a second.
10 years ago today at 5:00 a.m. dr's were starting to enduced labor,I lay there until about 10:00a.m. until the contractions started,you were a little slow,but very worth the wait.You didn't make your grand entrance until 8:18 p.m.!Weighing in at 8 lbs and 10 oz,you were a big boy!We were so very happy to finally meet you.It was the first time I had ever seen your daddy cry,tears of joy,of course.I love you even more today 10 years later,if thats even possible.I'm so extremly proud of the person you are growing up to be.You are one of the kindest people I know,you may act tough on the outside,but on the inside you're so very sweet:)You have a true talent for music,that you inherited from your BawBaw,I would love to say its from me.But its just not.You have so many friends that love you to death,and I've heard from a mom or 2 that their daughters say you are the cutest boy in the class;-)I am so happy that God chose me to be your mother,we were a perfect match.I hope that one day,you look back with happy memories of a childhood that I swear I'm trying to make great for you.I love you Elijah Lee to the moon and back!Happy Birthday my sweet boy!!
As I look through old pictures one of my favorite memories is Eli running around in his spider man undies and his batman and spiderman costumes,ALL THE TIME!I mean everyday,that would be the 1st thing he did when he got up.Those days are over,I miss them.Thank God I take lots of pictures!
