Rosemary Potatoes

Well, thats what I call them. They could be rosemary garlic potatoes? What ever you call them, they are fabulous! I've made these a few times and each time my husband and I devoir every single bite! The kids won't touch them, they have no idea what they're missing. But oh well, more for us:-)!
Here's how you make them..

2-4 red potatoes thinly sliced
1/4 to 1/2 white onion thickly cut
1 or 2 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
olive oil
rosemary
black pepper

Spray a cookie sheet with an olive oil cooking spray or use olive oil just to coat the pan,lay sliced potatoes, make sure they are not all stacked on top of each other,if you want a large serving do 2 trays.sprinkle with olive oil, trying to get some on each potato.Sprinkle your onions, garlic, rosemary, pepper(i like to use a pepper grinder because I like the bigger chunks of pepper) and rosemary to taste, its a very strong herb,I love it so I load them down.Cook in a 375 oven for 15 minutes or until you notice them browning around the edges, and enjoy! These are super delicious.
