Updatin'

Naps are back!! Woo Hoo! Well, for now anyway, I guess I shouldn't get too ahead of myself.

So, since baby girl is napping the afternoon away I thought I'd take advantage. Blogging, drinking coffee, browsing pinterest and dreaming of decorating and making.

She turned 16 months a few days ago. Everyday is exciting and new and I am so lucky to be here with her as she learns and explores and discovers new things. Its been so hot lately that we haven't been able to play outside much unless it late in the afternoon. She's really into climbing these days, and wow, she is wearing me out!

A few things about 16 month old Evelyn....

She loves to climb, play outside, loves her bubba and sissy, she loves helping me load the dryer, eating avocado's, she sleeps through the night and he nap schedule is off and on, She waves bye-bye, blows kisses, says lots of words,(my favorite is mama), she loves our morning walks and I pick her flowers as we go, she's great at pulling everything out of the drawers in a minute flat, she loves her daddy's soft shirt he wears just for her when he's rocking her to sleep, she hums when she's sleepy, she doesn't like to watch t.v. or sit still for too long, she's a busy girl, there's so much to learn, and see and discover and she's determined to do it all. I love you my little wild child! ALL GOOD THINGS ARE WILD AND FREE.........

Our weekend was busy and we had a house full of kids, yes it gets crazy here at times but I honestly love it. I hope Eli and Ava's friends always feel loved and welcome here. And hungry, cause I love to feed them:) I can blame that on my mom and Mammaw, we love to see people eat!

When they say they're bored, throw a potato in the microwave and Bam! Hot potato!

                                                                                  buds;)

she's daddy's girl, I love this so much!

He's just a little in love..

This makes me smile, this is something I've been catching Evelyn doing a lot lately, she pulls all of these bottles out of the fridge and leaves them in random places through the house. Oh I have a feeling something is going to be stinky one day and I'm not going to like what I find!
